SACRAMENTO
– Assemblyman Rick Keene announced Maxine Robinson, a
dedicated community volunteer, as the “Woman of the Year”
honoree for the Third Assembly District.
“Awarding
Maxine Robinson for her generous community involvement is a
tremendous privilege. Her volunteer work in Nevada County
demonstrates excellent citizenship and makes her a valuable
asset to this community,” said Keene.
Since
retiring in Nevada County in 1995, Robinson’s public service
efforts include the Pet Adoption League, 49er Firefighter’s

Assembly Chambers.
